The weather is freezing outside, so it finally feels like Christmas is near! We spent the whole day at home to avoid the cold. What do you do with a crazy 3 year old who is cooped up in the house, you ask... Well, you start getting creative.
We made reindeer sandwiches for lunch. I saw the idea in Clayton's Big Backyard magazine. We did our best to recreate it. We didn't have raisins, so we used chocolate chips for the eyes. :)
Then, after his nap, we wrote Clayton's letter to Santa. We wrote a good old fashioned letter - no emailed list for us (Megan, aren't you proud!). Clayton watched Star Wars: Clone Wars recently, so many of his wishes are Star Wars inspired. He is still WAY into costumes, so he decided that Wade & I needed Star Wars costumes as well.
I transcribed Clayton's letter word for word. He came up with all of it - so funny!
Finally, tonight the weather warmed up a bit. So, we went to see Santa (again!).I transcribed Clayton's letter word for word. He came up with all of it - so funny!
