Easter 2016 - March 27, 2016

Christ the Lord is risen today!  Hallelujah! 

Knowing that my Mama is celebrating Easter in Heaven makes the cross even more precious!  Thank you, Jesus, for shedding your blood on Calvary!  Your sacrifice allowed my Mom to spend Eternity with you, and I sure look forward to joining her one day.  Tis so sweet to trust in Jesus!

Easter Parties - March 24, 2016

The older boys had their Easter parties at school on March 24th.  There had been quite a bit of rain, so it was too muddy to hunt eggs in the field.  The awesome 1st Grade teachers came up with clues to lead the kids on a egg hunt around campus.  They are so great!

The Logic School kids didn't hunt eggs.  They had a photo scavenger hunt around campus.  So fun!

Every year, around Easter time, the pinecones fall off of the pine trees and the ends of their branches turn up.  It looks just like crosses on the ends of the branches.  So neat!  Isn't that just like God to give us a little reminder of Jesus's sacrifice on our behalf through the trees that He created.  Our Creator is so creative.  ;)

 We celebrated Clayton & Grammie's birthdays, too.  Lots of celebrating!
