Fire Station Tour

My sweet friend, Leah, arranged a BIG treat for our kiddos today. Leah's brother is a fireman, so she asked him if we could come up to the fire station today and take a tour. He was more than gracious with his time, and the kids had a BALL!

The kids got to see inside the fire truck, the dive truck, and the ambulance. Clayton asked about 5 billion questions, and Mr. Justin was sweet to answer every one. Clayton was mesmerized by everything about the fire station and hung on every word that Justin said. It was the sweetest thing!

When we were leaving, Clayton said, "No one at preschool is going to believe that I went to the real fire station!" In the car on the way home I asked him if he thought the he would want to be a fireman when he grew up. He said, "Yes! I want to be Mr. Justin!"

It was a banner day that Clayton will be talking about for a very long time, I'm sure! :)
