Pumpkin Patch 2016

One of my favorite days of the year...  Pumpkin Patch Day!

Our usual patch was closed due to a family death.  We were so sad for the owners and have been praying that the Lord will be near to them in this sad season.  :(

We decided to drive to Timbuktu to go to the patch at The Gentle Zoo.  It was an awesome alternative!  They had pumpkins, of course...

They also had some fun entertainment.  There was a jumping pillow, which was so cool!  It was filled with air and half of it was buried underground.  It was more stable than a bounce house.  The kids loved it!

There was a knight from Medieval Times.
And, best of all, there were LOTS of animals!  Our little animal lovers were in heaven!

Lamas
An Emu - Clayton had a bad experience with an ostrich at the fair one year, so he was a bit cautious.  :)

Capybaras
Coatimundi

As we were about to leave, one of the ladies told us to go and visit the kangaroo.  Apparently, Sadie speaks kangaroo, because she started making a strange noise and that little fella came right out of his house.  Ha!
A peacock as a grand finale as we were walking to the car...
We had such a fun time with our besties at the Gentle Zoo!
